Great service by King's Services (Plumbing Division). Called on a Monday morning to deal with a blocked drain (double sinks). I spoke to Natasha who informed me that they could address the issue asap and that the Service Tech/Plumber would call me right away to set up the best time for the appointment. Byron (Plumbing apprentice) called within 5 minutes said that it was probably a quick fix and that he could come in about half an hour. 20 minutes later, Byron was at the door and fully explained the fees and what he would be doing to rectify the problem. did an assessment of the problem and he was in and out within a half an hour. The drain was clear and the bathroom was left like he was never there. (Of note, I tried to fix it and could not get to the blockage)
