We've used King's services on several jobs. Their service is prompt, professional and efficient. It always feels clean, and I like the apricot hand cleanser. We recently had our toilet thrown over 2 nights in a row. Both times King's came quickly and cleaned up the mess. They pegged the toilet down. No more trouble since.

Great customer service after the septic cleaning. Ashley was very good following up and offering a free courtesy check up. Kevin during after hours was outstanding putting our minds at ease when there was an issue with our septic alarm going off only 2 weeks after the initial pumping out . He assured us that he would come the next day to help and what a help he was indeed. On time and very pleasant and went beyond my expectations as a customer in an emergency . Do yourself a favour and call Kings for all your needs. They are truly customer focused and professional .

Ashley Hamilton from King's Septic was so friendly and helpful with making the arrangments for our event. The delivery/pick up was so smooth, on time and quick; we were blown away! King's Service's customer service and efficiency cannot be beat.

Booking with them is so easy. Customer service throughout the whole things was excellent. Any question I had was answered within a couple hours of sending an email. The guy who dropped it off was extremely polite, very helpful with placement and making sure we had everything we needed for the weekend. I 100% recommend them.

My company uses a different septic service for portable toilets, but i seek out the King’s portable toilets because they’re always much cleaner as King’s services them weekly. You can check the service record on the inside doors. The sanitizers are usually full, the TP is stocked and they even use the quality urinal cakes. These factors make the work day that much better, so much that i felt compelled to write a google review on portable toilets. Thanks King’s.

We experienced excellent service from King's Services. They were very prompt and the personnel were very friendly and professional.

Superb service from Ashley, Brent and Riley. I had a plumbing inspection and a faulty connection replaced at a great price. Very thorough and personable, answered all my queries / questions, and even provided homeowner eduction for things that I could do myself in the future! (e.g. draining hot water tanks to extend their life). I have also used Kings efficient service to pump my septic tank. Highly recommended.
