The service was professional and came within 2 hours of my call when other companies could not for 4 days. The technician was fantastic and courteous and took his time until the job was done right. Best money I have spent in a long time

Had Steve out to our place to change out our pressure tank and switch, and got a new softener and hot water tank at the same time because you might as well when your plumbing infrastructure is 20+ years old. Boys where nice to my wife and when they were done you didn’t even know they where down there. The little boots for there feet is a nice touch. Getting a chlorine tank next because we live in West St Paul and the water isn’t the best. If your looking for a good job done by professional individuals then you know you can call the guys gals at Kings. Remember the cheapest price never pays off in the end.

I called a few companies to look at the main sewer line that was plugged. Most could not respond for 4 days. Kings was able to be here in 2 hours. The technician showed up and was very professional, respectful, patient and most of all very pleasant to deal with. Not only did he do a thorough job he made sure it was done right. This young man should be thanked for his great attitude towards a not so pleasant task. Thank you for coming on short notice

I haven't had to deal with plumbing issues much throughout the years, actually my husband does that, but when we do, we deal with King's.

Their service has been exceptional.

I called this afternoon concerned about the place my daughter and young grandson are in, a nice lady, Laurie answered the phone and had the Plumbing Manager, Eric, call me back, and I didn't have to wait long.

When I informed him of my concerns, he explained how bad it could be on their health and offered to go look at the place this evening, which he did. He was so nice and you could tell he truly cared, he took time out of his schedule to go to my daughters to check it out.
