All 3 personnel were pleasant, helpful and straightforward. The plumber was knowledgeable and efficient in stalling the new pump and pill. The subcontractor for the ejector was also knowledgeable but his price was high and I wanted to check if the expense was necessary. I will probably go ahead with the second item, the sump pit as the plumber straightened out what is needed.

I thought kings was fantastic in finding someone to resolve my issue at short notice. The plumber they sent out (brant bell) was very friendly knowledgeable and efficient.

I live out in the country with a septic field and a water holding tank. During the bitter cold this week, the water stopped running. I called 2 different companies looking for help but they all told me it would have to wait until after Christmas. I was really worried that my pipes would freeze and I was not looking forward to a week without water. I called King's - they came out the next morning. My water pump motor had to be replaced. The plumber that came was so friendly and thorough and within a few hours everything was working great! I would definitely use King's again. They are true professionals!

Riley came out to inspect our plumbing for property purchase. He was extremely courteous, professional and went above and beyond to give us tips and suggestions for a headache free place in the future. Based on this one visit, I would have no hesitation in recommending him for the future. The rate charged was very reasonable.
