Good service, but expensive. Over $40 cheaper at the competition for the same service pumping out my septic tank. Guess I will be using Biff's from now on.

Called in regards to blocked drain
Received same day service and worked with our availability.
2 techs came explained every thing step by step.
Service took less than 2 hours, cleaned up when done.
Cost was very reasonable.
Would use again.

Kings service was amazing. They came out very quickly after hours and then said to call the office as they do repairs to septic pumps as well. When we called on Monday they were very responsive and had someone out early afternoon. Once Riley figured out the issue he said a quote would be out to us and the work could be done quickly.

We were contacted and the work was completed the next day. All the service men were great to deal with and David checked in to make sure we were happy with everything.

I would recommend this company anytime for everything.

I received an advertisement and coupon in the mail - I was unaware Kings Services also handled residential. plumbing issues. I made an appt. for a plumbing check on my kitchen and bathroom sinks. The plumber and apprentice arrived on time, quickly identified and corrected my issues. They were polite and efficient. I was very surprised at the reasonable rate. I would recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if I need a plumber.
