The customer service is fantastic! We had an emergency call on a Friday evening, and King’s staff helped us to troubleshoot the issue that evening, as well as throughout the weekend. They tried to help us avoid an unnecessary pump out to avoid extra costs(although in the end it was required). And when the plumbers arrived on Monday, they were incredibly helpful in many regards. The shit pumper guys are always so friendly. It is always a pleasurable experience dealing with kings. Sometimes dealing with sewer and shit problems is very stressful but knowing the king shit pumpers are on the way is a stress reliever
