I am 54 and my age has definitely just kicked in. It is definitely been kicking my butt. I don’t like it!! I was referred by a friend here really kind of expecting it to be something that I might see a few benefits from but probably not a lot. Boy was I wrong! Literally, the next day I could feel the difference and by day two it was like I’d had the best rest of my life. My mind was clear, my stress was less, and my motivation was high.
