Kimball & Beecher Family Dentistry Waterloo

I am thoroughly pleased with the welcome and care my boys and myself received during our recent visit. The boys were given sunglasses to wear so the light that shines in their mouth (eyes) for the hygienist to see was creative and they loved it. Allowing them to watch tv also helped them focus on something besides the cleaning. I was offered a neck warmer (pretty awesome on a cold day). I will not hesitate in recommending them to others.

I went to see Dr Ashley on a Friday afternoon for a routine cleaning and checkup after having cracked a tooth. After doing an x ray Dr Ashley told me she didn't think the tooth could be saved because it was cracked in half all the way to the roots. I was pleased with her honest assessment of the condition of my tooth. I was also very relieved that she could get me an appointment one hour later the same day for the tooth extraction instead of having to wait in discomfort until the next week. I was very impressed by the professionalism of all of the staff in my time of need.

As a new patient who came in an emergency with a broken tooth you have been so accommodating and kind and helpful! We feel very Comfortable bringing our son to you! Thank you for all you have done for him!

I receive excellent care at Kimball & Beecher every time, and I've been impressed while watching as they work with young children to help them with the fears. They do a great job! Also, thanks much for the extras you always offer! Sometimes a hot neck warmer is just whats needed ;)

I have been coming to Kimball and Beecher for over 5 years with never a bad experience. Yesterday was not the same as my other experiences. My hygienist was very rough; felt like she was ripping at my gums, pulling on my cheeks so she could find the right angle, and water spraying all over my face. It was to the point that my mouth was uncomfortable all day and my gums bled later that day when I brushed my teeth. I believe this was an isolated experience, but not one that I want to have again.

The front office staff are very professional and make checking in and out quick and easy.
Kristin my tech was nice and got me everything I wanted. I think I was more relaxed that any other dentist I have went to because of the TV. It kept my mind occupied and the clean and check went very fast. Dr Brad was quick and efficient also. Much appreciated!

Dr Eric Kimball is not only a great dentist, he is also so very kind.

I found these folks to be extremely professional and friendly. They were prompt at my appointment times and made sure that I understood every stop of the work they performed on me. I would highly recommend Kimball and Beecher to everyone.

This is Byron's wife, Karla. Bud (Byron) was very satisfied with his appointment. However, I have a constructive criticism. A dental hygienist should not be asking the patient if he WANTS X-rays taken; looking at his last appointment and written records should have indicated xrays had already been taken. Bud transferred to Beecher from Dr. Hansen's office and Xrays were transferred with his records. Bud has a bit of dementia and I had hoped he could go to the dentist without me.
