I was overall satisfied with the service however I wished they could have assessed my vehicle sooner. The sorrento was making very loud noises when driving back from Toronto that I did not feel safe driving it so I brought it to Kia nov 19, they were unable to assess the vehicle until nov 27- I was happy that we had a second vehicle as that would have been an extensive time period to be without a vehicle.
