KG Carpets and Upholstery

My wife & I researched several Service providers, and ultimately decided to try KG Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. We choose this Provider because it had the best Reviews from Customers. I initially called after hours, expecting to leave a voice message, but Kelvin answered. We discussed his Upholestry Cleaning and rates, for Our sofa sectional (View before photo). I told him it's quite a few years old, and has been passed to me from my brother, who got it passed to him from our mother. Point being, while I'll be shopping for a new sectional in the near future, we're not ready to part with this one yet. We didn't expect much, but we definitely wanted it cleaned. Kelvin was available within 48 hours. He showed up early, worked within the confined space, and finished in about 90 minutes. We had to wait about 4 hours for the sofa to fully dry, but when it did ... it looked much better than we thought it would. Kevin's rate is affordable. In fact, I even forgot to ask if he offers a Military discount, as I do with most businesses. He's timely, respectful, and very Professional. We'll definitely hire him again, and highly recommend his Service.
