Kelvin is a courteous and respectful young man. He called to let us know he would be 10 minutes late. We appreciated the call. He also did a wonderful job on our smelly upholstery. They are now clean and stench free. I would use KG again and would also highly recommend them.

Kelvin and his brother initially cleaned my stair carpet. My pets had left a stench in the carpet which they took care to eliminate. I just had Kelvin back to clean a chair, 3 sofas and a bench. He did an excellent job and both times his prices were very reasonable.

Absolutely thrilled with the upholstery cleaning service! My two white chairs went from dull and dingy to looking like they just rolled off the showroom floor. The transformation is incredible, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Kelvin was professional, efficient, and clearly experts in the craft. We had an emergency situation with our sofa. I contacted Kelvin and he was quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable and professional.
He managed to find a spot for us at very short notice and did an incredible job cleaning our sofa.
The cleaning solution they use doesn't leave a commercial cleaner smell, but a very gentle and delightful scent. We could sit on the sofas later the same day of cleaning.

I spoke with Kelvin to schedule my appointment. He was very professional, informative and pleasant to speak with. He was able to book me an appointment the day that work for me even it’s almost a month away which was awesome. He came right on time in the morning as promised. He was also very professional and walked in to my house with a shoe covering. I brought him through the house and explained what I needed done he listened as well as giving feedback. He took his time, he was very thorough and very clean. After the cleaning, he walked through with me and ensure that I’m satisfied. Nowadays you don’t get treated with a smile on the face everywhere even you’re paying for. Very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend as I will be calling them again in the future. A+!

Kelvin responded immediately with a quote and appointment time. He actually came on his planned day off to accommodate my schedule, was prompt, professional and finished within the time frame he gave me. He paid attention to the areas that were in need of a deeper cleaning and the couch looks great.

Cannot believe how clean they got our rug… we’ve gotten it cleaned by other places and it never turned out this well!

Kevin was terrific. He cleaned up a pet stain on our carpet, but he also was able to remove older stains that previous cleaning hadn't removed.

I also used Kelvin to dye a portion of a carpet. He brought it back to mint state!

Kelvin was extremely professional and very good at what he does. I will be happily refer him to whoever could use his services.

These guys are amazing. We booked out time to get our sectional cleaned but due to manufacturing issues, they weren’t able to continue. But the tech was so professional, communicative and so helpful in educating us on how to remedy the situation. We will absolutely recommend them and book again once our situation is remedied by the manufacturer.
