Very disappointed in my haircut. I had really high expectations after looking at other reviews and the gallery on their website. The lady who cut my hair did a poor job on the side and now I probably have to spend even more money to get it fixed. It might have just been bad luck that I got the one person who didn't seem to know how to cut hair very well.

Went back to get it fixed and came out with one of the nicest fades I've ever gotten. I'm a believer now. It was just a matter of miscommunication. Will come back before I leave back to the states. Read more >

Have been going here for a while now but my recent hair cuts have been horrible. The first one was brilliant and worth the £20 but I’ve had 2 shocking hair cuts where the barber doesn’t listen to what I want cut and just carries on cutting whatever he likes. Most expensive and most disappointing haircut I've ever received. I also asked for a beard trim and received the shoddiest job you've ever seen. I'm from Australia and thought I could get away with not bringing my beard trimmer but following the very poor performance of Kensington Barbers I'm heading into tk maxx now to buy a second trimmer to do it myself!
