Wow, excellent service! It took a while to hear from them because it was at such a high demand time -me included. But, it was efficiently handle, and the young man who did the windows took extra special care to satisfy us, and it was obvious that he enjoyed his job. A pleasure to work with!

This is either year four or five with Kens great company. Great job will be back every spring and fall. They’re on time friendly quick and very professional. You can’t beat the price. I was so impressed with the service and the outcomes of my window washing from Ken’s service. I had them come clean 4 old sliding patio doors that make up our sunroom. The worker that came was super diligent, toiling in the hot sun and re-rinsing the windows a few times to ensure there were no streaks. And these doors were so, so dirty with a nasty film on them from years of use with no care. We cannot believe the difference and I’m kind of sad I waited so long to have it done. Wonderful value for the service I got.

This is our third time using Ken's Window Washing and I must say the service we received was exceptional again this year. Tyson did a fabulous job cleaning our windows and screens. He made sure to clean the residue off the windows as he went so as not to damage the hardwood floors. He worked hard and did a meticulous job. When he finished cleaning the windows and screens, he did a quality control check of his work to ensure he left our house satisfied that the job was done perfectly. We used them last year so when they contacted us for this year it was YES to doing our windows this year. Why. Well Amy was very good at phone calls and email communications. We were given a date and time. AND the job they did was crystal clear. Will use next year. Price. Very reasonable.

Received the service I wanted/expected.

Edna came this morning to clean our windows and was very friendly and did a great job. She even offered to help move some patio furniture to access the water outlet.

2022- Excellent work and efficient - they were done before I knew they had started. I will definitely be calling next year!! - 2023- Called next year, same great service and shining end result!!

Ken's Window Washing have been cleaning our windows for a few years, and I am always impressed by the end result! They are friendly, polite, responsive and well organized.

We are a 33 unit Bungalow Condo complex. This is the second season we have been using their services. Unit owners were very impressed how well the windows looked after they had been done. Great communication from Amy and Ken to follow up to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend Ken’s Window Washing.

We were skeptical of using Ken's because of their no soap, no dry, process. We decided to try them and we are very pleased with the results. We will use Ken's again. We would like to commend Tyson for his focus on customer service. He tried very hard to ensure we were happy.
One small complaint would be their back office process seems to be overwhelmed. Slow customer response and full voice mail boxes leaves one wondering if they even got your request. Otherwise we would have given them 5 stars.
