I currently live here and from the beginning it has been such a beautiful experience. I first met Aimee who I LOVE. She’s very on point and organized. Definitely just like the owner Irina. Irina really cares about her tenants and looks out for their well being and comfort. She’s super reasonable and a doll :) We love it here. They also have many different programs for different credit types. Highly recommend!

Our apartment is both beautiful and comfortable! We couldn’t be happier or more excited about it, and the newest renovations are gorgeous. New cabinets and paint right before we moved in- lots of space and storage in all areas of the apartment. Nice quiet location, and the property management actually is there to listen/fix any issues you may have- ASAP! Couldn’t be more happy we found them when we did.
