Eric was very efficient and helpful when things were delayed. His communication was quick and he did everything in his control to make sure we could close when things came up that delayed the process.

I will say it was a pleasure to work with Keri. The thing I really like about her is her consistency in her communication. Things like returning phone calls answering phone calls and even taking calls while riding rollercoasters with her kids on vacation 😆 that's pretty awesome. Our overall experience with keri and her team was great. Jeremy was awesome. He was very patient with us and really listened to what we had to say. I never felt pressured to look at houses that did not fit what we wanted. After several visits from our home in Pennsylvania we were able to find a dream house here in Myrtle Beach. We moved in last week and are extremely happy. The team at O&A were fantastic! The process was easy, and they kept us up to speed every step of the way. We used the in-house broker, Nsite, and this proved to be helpful for communication between all parties. We highly reccomend the entire team. To mention a few by name, Kat was very helpful and went to the condo, when we could not. Jeremy was our agent on this sale, and also our previous purchase. He is always available, and even took calls from me while he was on vacation! He also made trips to the condo to meet with contractors and inspectors. A true professional. Thanks to anyone else I did not mention by name.
