I was a first time home buyer and these guys made my whole process very easy. My agent was Steve Alston and he was very attentive to my needs. i met up with him way ahead of time for me to start looking and he still willingly dedicated time to me, and touch base with me every so often just to make sure things were still on track. When it came time to look he helped ensure we was in the proper price range as he knew we had to give extra leeway to ask the sellers to pay closing. when we went to look at houses he added a couple to the list that i had missed and asked me if these would work before we went out to them. once we had a contract he was AMAZING with communication which was big for me.
