Our realtor, Joey Lester, did an excellent job navigating us through the entire purchase process. It took us a week or so to completely focus (house vs condo, precise location and amenities, etc.). Joey hung in there, supported us, and provided pros and cons that helped us to dial in our parameters. He never pushed an agenda. Joey has an excellent knowledge of the market and the bidding/purchase process. He helped us stay focused and we made our purchase within just a couple of weeks of meeting him. He also helped us stay positive when we lost a bid very early on in the process. Joey has a great personality and worked very well with us.
