We agreed to a monthly cleaning arrangement with Katie’s cleaning. Our first cleaning appointment went pretty well. We had two cleaners show up and basically split the house so they’d eventually meet in the middle. We had a few areas that when they left were missed (master shower, master bathroom floor and some dusting) when we mentioned that those were missed they sent someone out the next day to make it right. We are hopeful to have a more thorough job done next time out but overall were satisfied with the job done and the response to our concern. I am VERY pleased with the cleaning of my home. I have been through several cleaners who either become complacent or just miss things. The team arrived, were very pleasant, and got right to work. The one thing I noticed is how quiet they were! My husband and I both were working from home and it was if they weren't here at all. I am a very detailed-oriented person who is a perfectionist when it comes to my home being clean. I use to clean houses when I was a teen with my mom so I appreciate the work that goes into it, and when it's done right it looks and smells great! I had Katie’s Cleaning Service come into my home after a couple of years of A LOT of life stuff. I was embarrassed for being so behind but Katie assured me that her team would do an incredible job and they did. I am so grateful for them and the time they took.
