This has been a terrible experience. The first day they didn’t show up due to car trouble. The next day they came and charged my credit card for over the amount agreed. Never applied my discount that was promised, never applied my deposit that had been paid. Took 3 emails and 3 phone calls to speak with someone and was told I could only be venmo’d my 10% discount refund, but it can only be done on Tuesdays. What a joke. Save yourself the headache and find a better service than this one. ZERO STARS

I called Katie's Cleaning Service last minute to help with a move out clean. Her staff was easy to get ahold of and were able to squeeze me in to their schedule. I thought their pricing was very fair for the amount of work that they did. The house looked amazing and was photo ready for listing when they left. Definitely recommend and will use again! It’s honestly disappointing to have to write this review. This cleaning service came to my home for the first time and did an amazing job at a deep clean. No complaints. Months later I wanted to hire them again and I reached out. I got a response that they’d reach back out to schedule a cleaning. I never heard from them. Then 2 months later I reached back out and they scheduled me for a one time cleaning the following week. I paid extra for them to focus on my cabinets. I was at work all day so when I finally got home I inspected the house. It was nothing compared to the first experience. It was cleaned but not properly. Only one person came and was only here for exactly two hours (I checked my ring camera). Two hours is not enough time for one person to clean my house. I'm very pleased with my deep cleaning service from Katie's Cleaning. The cleaners are so friendly and amazing at what they do. I have a GSD/Husky mix - needless to say the amount of dog hair, dust, and dirt in my home was a bit overwhelming.
