Katies Cleaning Service

Katie’s Cleaning Service did a wonderful job on our house! Stephanie, Brittany, Hazel, Sandra and Adele were the ones who cleaned and were terrific! I willl definitely be using Katie’s Cleaning Service again!

Fantastic first experience with this cleaning service. Katie, Arianna and Elaina (spelling is probably wrong on those 😅) did a WONDERFUL job. I’m so pleased with my service and will be a regular customer. Thank you ladies for your hard work I appreciate it so much!

Katie’s cleaning always does a fabulous job in my home! Every cleaner they employ has been wonderful. Been with them for a while and I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys!

I highly recommend Katie’s Cleaning service. They are extremely professional and reasonably priced. I enjoyed the breakdown quote of the cleaning service they provide. They do a walkthrough after cleaning to make sure you are satisfied with everything. I will be a repeat customer !

The team did a great job detailing my house top to bottom. They spent the time and made sure the work was done correctly. They provided a QA walk thru to make sure my needs were addressed. Great service-great price

Hazel did a great job cleaning as i asked her to. Both associates came on time and did a great job cleaning. I will definitely be using Katie’s cleaning services again.

After a several month lapse due to some family issues Jasmine and Condoleeza came and did a deep clean of our two bathrooms. Preparing for a kitchen remodel, we also had the stove deep cleaned. We could not be happier. Jasmine always had done great work for us but the deep clean was out another level. I was playing with our dog on the porch and watched as the crevices cleaned in the bathroom window and shutter were like a hygienist does your teeth! Learning from her mentor while working over her college break, Condoleeza excelled as well. The oven was cleaner than brand new, even the old temperature gauge was polished like an heirloom. Just a great team who showed true professionalism in their craft.

She did a great job, a bit overpriced from my experience but I needed my house cleaned within 48 hours and they were able to accommodate. Great customer service from the office staff. Would hire again (hopefully at a lesser rate)

Stephanie and Elizabeth were fantastic! This is my first time with a new cleaning service in 10 years and I am impressed! Everything looks brand new and they really took their time. I appreciated the communication around what time they would be here as well. It’s very helpful when you’ve got animals and kids.

This was the initial clean. I’m looking forward to the once a month and seeing if I want more!

Great Job! House looks great! Even though i told my wife I cleaned the house...no way she is going to believe it! it is too clean for that! Highly recommend Katies Cleaning Service!

I had a great experience with this cleaning service from start to finish! Communication with Jazz was very helpful when setting everything up. Elizabeth (I believe was her name) and the team did great and paid special attention to the area that needed the most work. The cute stickers they left around were such a sweet touch. I definitely recommend this cleaning service. 😊⭐️

Great job. Services were all clearly laid out and easy to use, profess site. Fair pricing and easy to schedule and communicate with.

Wow! Amy and Faith were fantastic. They thoroughly cleaned my home today and my oven / range has never looked better!
Very professional.
On time.
Knowledgeable.
Friendly.
Hard working.
If I could give both women 8 stars out of 5, I would! I will be asking for them by name in the future. This was my first time using this company and I will be back!

Katie’s Cleaning Service was impeccable! They did a great job cleaning everything and did not rush the work. You can tell that they really cared about making sure everything was perfect. Huge shoutout to Elizabeth and Stephanie! They did an amazing job!

Elizabeth and the two other girls did a phenomenal job! Although I paid for a “standard” cleaning, it feels like a deep clean! The bathrooms and kitchen sparkle. It’s such a pleasure to finally find cleaners that care as much about your home as you do! Thank you! I also appreciate the automated notifications for scheduling and arrival time. Will definitely use Katie’s Cleaning again.

Maria and Elizabeth did a fantastic job! Smiling and good room to room detailed cleaning. Love to have them again!

The ladies worked hard for several hours and did a good job.

We have pets, so keeping the house clean can be challenging. They handled everything beautifully and left the space looking fresh.

Katie's Cleaning Service did a fabulous job. I lived in home for 20 years and it definitely showed. Michelle, Maria, Kaylly and Jocelyn were efficient, courteous and very detailed and made my place cleaner than when I first moved in. I highly recommend them and this company.

Katie's Cleaning Service is great - they're prompt, thorough and do a great job. They're accommodating to the needs that we have and I would say are reasonably priced for the area.

Katie, Faith and Elizabeth arrived and went straight to work! We were so pleased when we returned home that evening to find - and smell- the house spotless. My husband said he didn’t know his faucet was supposed to be that shiny! Absolutely love the attention to detail and the communication from Katie’s Cleaning Service!

Katie’s cleaning service came in, checked out our area, and got the job done. Mind you we have 4000+ square foot area that worked on, bathrooms and all. The girls were professional and focused. Our space has never been this clean.

WOW! I can’t say enough just how impressed I am with these folks - first off, the service was excellent & far above what I expected. There was a crew of three ladies working on my house (I believe their names were Juliana, Amy, and maybe Kira?) and all three of them were SO professional, kind, and very thorough. Everything went as planned, including the add-ons I requested, and my home was so spotless that I thought it looked like it was staged for sale (haha!). They truly thought of everything and looked at things with a close eye, And I really appreciated the attention to detail and them going above and beyond. It is literally ready to host guests as-is, which is a relief as I’m so used to other cleaning companies doing the bare minimum, not being mindful of how things are placed, or missing some dusty areas).

I can’t recommend Katie’s enough! It was so nice to see...

This was my first time having someone come and deep clean my home, I can be pretty skeptical of having strangers in or around my home, but they were very friendly and reassuring.
The team worked on our main living area, kitchen, 3 bed rooms & two and half bathrooms. The basement was off limits due to our dogs being kenneled down there, for their safety and our dogs. And they respected that wish.

We have two kids & two double coated dogs who shed constantly, so you can only imagine the dust and dog hair. They exceeded my expectations and my house looks and smells like a brand new home!
It can be hard keeping up with all the mess with two kids and two dogs, but they were able to get into all the corners, and places I’ve honestly overlooked, or didn’t give a second thought about.

Definitely worth the price to me! Took a lot off my plate! And...

Had an initial deep clean with Maria, Akira, and Jocelyn and they were fantastic! My house is cleaner than ever before and I am extremely happy with the results. The entire team was friendly, very efficient, and thorough. I am definitely rebooking for recurring cleanings with Katie’s team!

Wonderful job! Thank you!
