Ann and JJ were very polite. Professional and informative about the windows and the installation pricing is not too steep. It is a good price for what you get. The idea that they are lifelong and extended warranties going into. If you sell your property, it goes with your property, it's also a good key to keep in mind. They work with your financial structure and they try to get you the best deal. If I were to refer any company for windows, it would be this k designer's.

Matthew did an awesome job presenting the products of K-Designers. We were impressed with with the products and their features. His demonstration of the heat lamp and various window types put things regarding energy efficiency into prospective. He was very knowledgeable and polite. His professionalism was apparent the minute he walked through the door. He showed confidence in the products he was selling. Best of all, he respected our decision and did not get pushy.

I am an older customer of K-Designers. It helped that I already trust the product and it's warranty. It also was impressive to see how far the product has come over the years.

We understand that prices go up. If we can come to a financial compromise, we will be using their products once again.

My experience with K Design has been great they remodeled my Kitchen and replaced windows twice. My only draw back was the time it took to replace a window. We kept missing each other took close to a year. Secondly I now have risers over my windows that was a bonus but now apparently we have to seal yearly to prevent leashes into my windows and house. LW
