I used Tim at MBH for multiple situations but mainly for his knowledge and professionalism in fighting my ex-wife to do what was best for my daughter. It was a two-battle to keep her in Texas and get her to graduate High School but with Tim's help, I was able to battle my ex and keep my daughter until she graduated. Tim was always honest with me about the possible outcome and what I needed to do, so there were minimal surprises. Even when my ex lied on the stand he told me I could file on her but that I would be wasting my money because the District Attorney would most likely not take the case. I always appreciated his honesty and the way he tried to reduce my expenses as well.
