Just lose weight md

I was skeptical about this place for YEARS. I kept going back to their website on and off, thought about reaching out and then will back out. They had nothing but positive reviews and I totally thought it was a scam.

But after more years of struggling with my weight, then having an injury that caused me to be immobilized, losing a parent and then COVID weight gain. I knew I needed professional help. I couldn't do it on my own anymore.

So I bit the bullet, swallowed my pride and reached out. I was so nervous and embarrassed at my first appointment. The doctor was straight to the point and listened to my concerns. He provided me with some package options, I started with the most basic. But after month two, I moved up to the next package.

The girls at this location are wonderful. They are all so patient, accommodating and sweet. The first few weeks, I was really nervous. But after awhile, I was so comfortable with them. That my weekly visits became something to look forward to!

I had been dieting and exercising and ended up hitting a plateau. But with their help, I was able to lose 37 lbs in 7 months. And now I'm much more motivated to keep up the hard work I have been doing!

The packages are definitely expensive, but it's totally worth the results. I was worried that I would regret it, but I don't at all!
