From the initial phone call to the finished project I was satisfied. The guys that came to my house on both occasions were very professional in their handling of business. The guys were prompt in getting my patio area cleared even though the temperatures were warm they worked fast until the job was done. I have used the Junk Man for two days and both days there was a full truck, so there was a lot of stuff to be removed. Great job. A+
