When I met Dr. Julie at an event, I was cautious because of a horrible experience I had with another Naturopath a couple years prior. But very quickly I could see her heart and care behind her work and decided to give it a shot — and I’m so incredibly grateful I did.

From the beginning, she showed compassion, sincere curiosity for my experience and care that made me feel safe and hopeful. Each time we have talked, she has held space for me without any judgment, criticism or personal opinion over my life. You can see she truly has a mission for helping and empowering people! And leads with integrity in her business.

It has now been 2 months since we initially began working together and the changes I am having have given me so much hope for the future. It feels good to feel good — especially when you have someone you trust to lean on to help you along the way.

Dr. Julie doesn’t just tell me what I can do to make myself feel better - she teaches me so I can shift things for my family. A changes that will no doubt have generational impact. I’m so glad our paths crossed and I took a chance!
