Joyful Tots Early Learning Schools-Oak Park

I’ve had the joy of working with Joyful Tots for 5 years, and it has truly been a wonderful journey. About 9 months ago, I transferred from the Oak Park location to Joyful Tots in Farmington Hills, and the transition couldn’t have been smoother. The centers are so well-organized and consistent in their systems that moving from one site to another felt seamless. That level of order and structure really shows how thoughtfully Joyful Tots is run.

The environment here is incredibly positive, supportive, and family-like. From the moment I started, I’ve felt surrounded by people who truly care — not just about the children, but about one another’s growth, well-being, and success. Words cannot express how great this center is! My child is learning alot and I always pick up a happy child with lots of things to tell me about her day. My daughter loves the staff which makes me love them even more! 10/10 highly recommended.

We have sent both of our kids to Joyful Tots in Oak Park and have thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Our kids get excited to go to school each day and love their teachers and friends they have made there. The administration is very good at communication and are quick to respond when you have any questions or needs. I would definitely recommend them!

My daughter was 18 months ole when she started attending Joyful Tots and as a man with his first and only daughter I was totally against her being watched by strangers but the Joyful tots staff/family completely changed my heart. They are true caregivers who wholeheartedly love their profession. My daughter loves her teachers and so do I. Since my daughter has been there I’ve also had my grandchildren attend the school as well and they love it too.

I have nothing but high praise for the Joyful Tots staff.

We love Joyful. We have sent both our boys there and are very happy with them. They teach them a lot and I can tell my kids are very happy there. There are plenty of activities and field trips and the teachers are all really nice. I would recommend 10/10

We’ve been on a JOYFUL Journey for a couple years now. My Children love it — so much so my oldest wanted to return after attending her new school (she aged out), they feel loved and safe here. We also LOVE the trips, events, gifts the children make for Mother’s/Fathers day etc and Parent Appreciation Week. I honestly could go on and on … ❤️

Joyful Tots is the place for all students to be, I have 3 children currently attending the oak park location, so I have the opportunity to see what each class has to offer my children the infant class has taught my one year old to use signing to communicate with my family!! The toddler class give my son so much encouragement when it comes to learning new skills, it seems as if he’s left his shyness behind him!! The scholar class is excellent for my 4yr old, identifying her numbers and alphabet has come along great she’ll be ready for kindergarten due to the help the comes from joyful tots!!!!

My boys LOVE this daycare. They are thriving. One thing that I love about Joyful is the consistency of staff - we see the same incredible teachers every day. We're so blessed to be a part of this community.

Our daughter has attended Joyful Tots since she was 18 months old and has really enjoyed it. The staff are loving and kind. They cook fresh, nutritious meals for the children daily. We're thrilled with how much our daughter has learned and and feel fortunate to have found Joyful Tots.

We love Mrs Annette she is so loving and caring for my daughters. Even though my 3 year old isn't in her class. I love her energy and always helpful. Also miss Emani she is great with my babies. I wouldn't choose another school. All the teachers are great and treat my girls with love abd hospitality. Even Dr Jefferson is always quick to message back and meeting her she is such a great owner I'm so thankful for thus group!!

We couldn’t imagine sending our baby anywhere else! We always knew our daughter was in great hands from the moment we dropped her off, and she always left daycare with a smile on her face. Her teachers clearly loved her, and she loved them. Any family would be lucky to be a Joyful family!

Joyful Tots is a SPECTACULAR learning center. I always felt my baby was happy, healthy, safe, and LOVED. This daycare has the best, most caring, and loving teachers. The administration is also great! Joyful toys has really exceeded my expectations they take really good care of my son great with communication, they keep me updated throughout the day on my sons care , their really informative and great positive attitudes ..,the daycare is really clean and organized if your looking for a good fit for your child I would recommend you to take a tour with them

Joyful is such an amazing daycare! My son loves it here & the center is very clean, teachers and staff are very welcoming and helpful - They follow all the necessary steps to keep our children safe from covid.
This is my 2 years old first time getting from under mommy since he was born & his transition with new faces and more children has been excellent they make him feel comfortable & they keep my mind at ease while he’s there! - I highly recommend this center for your little one(s) & if there isn’t any space left; join the waitlist! You’ll be glad you did!

I cannot say enough good things about this daycare!! They take amazing care of our child, and truly put the health and wellness of the children at the forefront. There is an emphasis on healthy eating, including a garden that the older kids help with - I love how this sets kids up for lifelong healthy habits. The infant curriculum is shared with us parents, and includes daily music, language & literacy, STEAM activities, and physical development. The director frequently shares resources with families on local community family fun activities happening, virtual cooking classes, library events, etc. and the daycare also hosts virtual family game nights occasionally, fostering a lighthearted community feel within the center. Joyful is a great daycare! They are clean and great with the kids! They are great at communicating with you about your little one because they know how important it is. Joyful is not only a daycare but a place where your child can go every week and learn, have fun, and grow and play with their peers. Give them a try if your looking for a good place to take your little one, they offer tours to make sure it's right for you!

Good day all. My experience from the start with Joyful tots has been wonderful. Miss Traci and Dr Tammy are amazing. Everything is kid first period from proper nutrition to overall development. They take great care of my little girl . If I leave instructions regarding anything they listen and follow. They offer great information and instructions if you need anything. They are very quick to respond to you and they communicate whether it's ,procare text ,email etc. I would highly recommend this childcare facility .

Oh and did I mention they have a garden that the children help maintain . Plant base diets for our little ones. Just amazing.

The Joyful Tots staff for did a great job providing care for my infant daughter. The staff and care givers are wonderful and understanding. I appreciate all the support and service they provide to the parents. I would recommend this center to anyone in the area.

My son started here after my maternity leave at 3 months, currently still attends at 16 months. Joyful Tots has been a wonderful childcare experience for a new mom. The staff is wonderful, and really care about the growth and development of the children that attend. I am so happy we found joyful and I know my son is too.
