I’ve had the joy of working with Joyful Tots for 5 years, and it has truly been a wonderful journey. About 9 months ago, I transferred from the Oak Park location to Joyful Tots in Farmington Hills, and the transition couldn’t have been smoother. The centers are so well-organized and consistent in their systems that moving from one site to another felt seamless. That level of order and structure really shows how thoughtfully Joyful Tots is run.

The environment here is incredibly positive, supportive, and family-like. From the moment I started, I’ve felt surrounded by people who truly care — not just about the children, but about one another’s growth, well-being, and success. The center itself is always clean, organized, and thoughtfully maintained, with systems in place that make our work flow smoothly and efficiently. It’s a place where everyone’s voice matters, and where both staff and children thrive.

The administration is nurturing and always leads with kindness and professionalism, offering mentorship that helps us continuously improve and grow as Childcare Providers & Educators. Our team celebrates each other’s wins, works together with compassion, and supports one another through everything to reach our goals.
