Thorough cleaning, arrived on time and dod a great job

My house has been getting cleaned on a monthly basis by Joy of Cleaning for over a year, and they always do a phenomenal job! Most recently - Olivia did our cleaning today and she went above and beyond. She paid great attention to detail and we are very happy with how clean our place is! Highly recommend!

Joy of Cleaning is fantastic to work with. You know exactly what to expect during each clean and everyone is polite and thorough.

JOY OF CLEANING has done my regular monthly cleanings for about 2 years now. Management checks in occasionally and overall I am very happy with them. I just added biweekly cleanings.

Update: Samantha has been cleaning our home since my last review and is excellent. She is friendly and pays attention to areas that mean most to us. I really appreciate the consistency and if I’m working from home that day, will work around my office until I can move rooms. She asks for feedback but I never I have anything more to ask of her. We are very happy with her and Joy of Cleaning.

Update: since my initial review on the deep cleaning, we have been using Joy of Cleaning weekly and continue to be impressed! Jaime pays close attention to the details that matter to us, is thorough and efficient. Highly recommended!

They did a great job deep cleaning our new home. They were thorough and the place looked and smelled amazing when they were done. I look forward to having them back for regularly scheduled cleanings.

Mickaela did a great job today! As we walked through the house, I showed her where my doggo was and she immediately said, “Stella, right?” It was so personal and I appreciated that. The focus in the bathrooms and the floors was very noticeable - GREAT job!

Olivia is the best. She cleans everything thoroughly. She takes her time and makes sure everything is done perfectly. We are so happy when she comes. Of all the cleaning people we have had Olivia stands out as the best. We hope she stays for a long time. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

We’ve been using Joy of Cleaning for the past year and their service is the best I’ve ever experienced for a cleaning company. I wish all home service companies were this good.

They recently cleaned our couch and carpets and, OH MY LORD are they clean. We try to clean them ourselves, but it’s hard to keep them clean, especially with a child in the house.

Take a look at the before and after photos of our couch here. It used to be a disaster, with clearly visible stains that got worse over time. JOC sent over a cleaner who spent dedicated time cleaning this couch and when I saw the finished product, I was shocked. It looks new, and the best part is that they only used cleaning fluids that are 100000% non-toxic to humans and animals. We have 2 cats and demanded that their chemicals are clean, and they told me that the couch and carpet cleaning uses NO chemicals...
