I've been going to Dr. Russo's for 10 years. I always book my appointment with Sheila. She is amazing. She takes her times and explains what's going on with my skin at the time and what treatment I would benefit from-as there as so many to choose from. My last visit I got an IPL treatment. It's been 3 days and my skin looks amazing. Sun damage gone. Broken capillaries gone. My skin is glowing! Sheila has given me so many different treatments throughout the years. She never steers me wrong. She keeps me looking young! Thank you again Sheila.

As soon as I pulled up to Dr. Russo’s facility I was impressed. It was a charming building that felt very welcoming. Upon entering the space it was extremely clean and the staff was so friendly.

Angelina the patient coordinator heading down to earth personality and kept it light and fun. She could tell it was a bit nervous to be receiving a procedure. She really put my mind at ease. I actually ended up calling back in wanting a second consultation because I had more questions and she got me right in - no problem.

The anesthesiologist was so kind and made personal connections with me about our children which really put my mind at ease. I mean what mother doesn’t love to talk about her little ones?

Dr. Russo it was very professional funny income the operating room was very very clean and modern.

I cannot think the team and Dr. Russo...

Excellent service from the aesthetic center and Dr. Russo’s medical practice. I had bodytite on the arms a couple of months ago and they look great. Also received a microdermabrasion facial and my skin looks very refreshed. No redness at all

Lori is alway so Professional and never pushes anything , i’ve been going to Lori for I think about five years now she always keeps my skin glowing!!

On my very first visit, for which, by the way, I figured they could not do much for this aging face, and yet, all the inter-actions were positive, and so I was already feeling better. So, know I knew that treatments could restore better skin and I look forward to those treatments.

Lori Phoenix is incredibly gifted and I would give her 10 stars if I could. I was hesitant to step into the world of injectables of any kind, as I value a "natural look". Lori immediately understood what I was looking to accomplish and put my mind at ease. She is super relatable, honest, and gentle! She knows exactly how to provide just the right solution to whatever aging "concern" I have... in the most natural (and cost effective way) possible. Her knowledge is unparalleled to anyone I have ever met, and I trust her completely!

I was so happy I was referred to this place by a friend. Never had anything done til I went here. And they are very passionate about what they do. Tysen the reception is very welcoming and has a lot of knowledge about the products and services. I’ve had my fillers and Botox done with Mindy. Had forma done with Sheila the results were amazing. Cool sculpting done with Jamie and she made it so that I was comfortable. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place & the people that work there. Definitely recommend this place.
