I love this Cosmetic center. I’ve been a patient for a few years now and I will continue to be in the future. The friendliest staff and best service. Sabrina is one of my favorite staff members, always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable during my visits.

I am a patient of Brittani Filonow NP I have seen her several times most recently for Botox and fillers Since I am in the medical field it means a great deal to me that someone who is injecting my face is knowledgeable about what they’re doing and why they’re doing it and most importantly that they thoroughly explain everything to me. Brittani spent a great deal of time educating me on product options pros and cons and what would be best for my skin and facial bone structure since I am new to fillers we are taking baby steps only two syringes to start and I look wonderful what a difference in my nasal labial folds and cheekbones. She’s very gentle I rarely feel any discomfort if you are considering any facial enhancement Botox fillers etc. please consider going to Dr Russo’s office and seeing Brittani. She is passionate about what she does and as her patient it really comes...

Lorie is the absolute best! She has a soft touch and pays close attention to detail. Also she is warm and friendly and always makes you feel welcome.

My experience with Lori Phoenix at Joseph A. Russo, MD Cosmetic Center was flawless. As a newcomer to cosmetics, I was definitely tense walking into the procedure. This was short-lived, and my tenseness soon transitioned into excitement as I was educated on the simplicity, and desired turnaround, of the procedure. With this being the first time receiving lip fillers, Lori devised her approach to the procedure in a manner that satisfied my concerns of portraying an artificial appearance, while simultaneously allowing for flexibility if the outcome wasn’t as prominent as I’d craved. After the swift procedure, and a minuscule recovery, the results were immaculate.
