I had my first facial with Sheila and it was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, professional, kind and sweet. I recently saw Brittani for Botox at Russo Cosmetic Center & I can’t say enough good things about her! First of all, she spent TIME with me. She made time to not only get to know me but also get to know my injectables goals. What did I like about my previous experiences, what didn’t I like, what I wanted done that day vs long term interests…everything! I even asked her questions about a scar on my face to which she also had an solution to, and we are adding that into my future plan of action. She’s not pushy at all and she let me really steer the conversation about my aesthetic wants and needs. She was also SUPER gentle- like I barely felt anything. I have been going to Lori for a few years and she is the only person I will ever trust with my injections! She is incredibly informative and suggests exactly what you need - never more or less. I’ve been going to Brittani for a little over 5 months for Botox and just recently had my lips filled. Last year I went to a surgeon in Miami after being told they have the best qualified surgeons for breast surgery. After a botched surgery and very few options due to the distance from MA ,I decided to go to Dr. Russo. I recently had a breast revision and complications corrected by Dr Russo. He did a fantastic job. I feel good my family tells me I look good.

I couldn’t be happier. My only regret is that I wasted the time and money going to Miami when I had the best right here in Newton. Dr Russo and his staff were excellent in every way .

From the very first phone call all the way through the consult, the surgery, the post op all were a great experience. All of my questions were answered and as much time as I needed with any concerns was generously given to me. Before deciding to have my 2 surgeries I did A LOT of research on surgeons in the area. I finally decided on Dr. Russo and I’m so very happy I did!
At my consultation he made me feel so at ease. He’s so friendly and very professional. When I left the office after the consultation I was so excited. I couldn’t wait for surgery day! I knew I was in good hands!
On surgery day I was not the least bit nervous. I was just so excited. By the way, not only is Dr Russo wonderful, the entire staff is also wonderful! My nurse Rachel is an absolute doll. I can’t say enough great things about this office. They all make you feel so comfortable. The night of my surgery Rachel called me at home to see how I was doing.
As far as my surgery goes it hasn’t been a week yet. I have my post op appointment tomorrow and I’ll get to see the results. I know I’ll be thrilled with them.
