This was my first time getting a cosmetic procedure. I had a great experience with nurse Lauren, who patiently explained all the options and answered my many questions. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I’m happy with the treatment I received (Botox) and the other options available. I plan to return over the next year or so to utilize some of the options she recommended.

I LOVE Joseph A.Russo, Cosmetic Center because Lauren Walker, RN is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. She explains everything in a manor that can be understood by a lay person, and I am beyond happy with her skill level/work! Additionally, the office staff is so friendly and kind and they too are educated on the product(s) and the end result. Tatiana and Sabrina were both very helpful explaining products that would be best for me. What I especially appreciated is that all of these 3 women were extraordinarily competent and certainly know their craft! I actually look forward to my appointments!! Lindsey is an actual goddess. There’s facials, and then there’s a Lindsey Diamond Glow Facial Experience. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed, but also really worked to help me address my dry skin and hyperpigmentation. The entire team is knowledgeable and kind, and I can’t wait to see them again!

Brittani is amazing!!!! I first came to see Brittani for botox after having no success with other injectors. In the past I saw no results after having injections. Brittani assured me she knew the problem and could help. And she was 100% correct!!! I now get excellent results. She has also introduced me to other injectables and fillers that have helped my face look more youthful but completely natural at the same time. She always takes her time during each appointment and thoroughly explains everything. I have also started having facials by Lindsey. They are always so wonderful and relaxing. It is always easy to make an appointment that fits in with my schedule and the office is wonderful.

Staff are always polite and pleasant. Services I’ve received from Sheila have always been outstanding. Thank you!

I love Sheila Reissfelder, Dr Russo’s laser technician. She’s very skilled and keeps me distracted from the laser zaps with great conversations. She’s very caring. Dr Russo is lucky to have her on his staff.

It shows in every way. She makes you feel comfortable right at home and not nervous at all. If you are looking for any type of laser treatment she is your person! I also really appreciate all the support staff there as well they are professional, curtious, and kind. I have not met one person there in the office that I wasn’t greeted with a smile. It never felt fake alway felt right at home.
