Joe McCall is great to work with for several reasons... I love his enthusiasm and honesty. He creates practical videos in the course and I appreciate the ability to watch them over and over as I am ready to actually absorb the information. The weekly trainings are great and the process works. I started mailing in July and its now September and I have a deal in escrow and in process of closing, have two properties currently being marketed and hoping to gain the rights to several more properties this week so that I can add to my marketing efforts of available properties. His support team is great and have been helpful in answer questions. I appreciate that he has brought all the logical tools to the methodology so that we can leverage to execute the end to end processes. I love how Freedomsoft has been customized to support the land flipping business. The process of setting up reference numbers and having a 24 X 7 number(s) for people to call allows for tremendous flexibility on running my business and Freedomsoft is amazing for follow-up. Joe's teaching of all of this is instrumental to the business success. I talked to a peer of mine and she took another course and is basically doing a similar methodology but her "platform" and ability to follow-up and scale is limited due to not using Freedomsoft. I highly recommend Joe and his course!. Great experience.
