Joe McCall

The Joe McCall program has been very beneficial for me as I researched and worked on growing a different side of real estate investing: lease options.

1. The fast start was a great intro to quickly walk through the overall process of lease options.
2. The weekly modules were released and laid out in a way that walks through the entire process with greater detail leaving no stone unturned.
3. The mind maps were probably my favorite part of the whole program. I followed along each time with my copy of the mind map open so I could see exactly what he was talking through in each module.
4. Joe's weekly calls (both his and the REI Simple tutorials) opened up the "office door" to Joe and his expertise. I was able to pose questions of something I was walking through with immediate response from him. GREATLY appreciate this accessibility!
5. Joe has got to be the MOST giving of his time and knowledge. As part of my self-education I began listening to his podcasts. Down to earth, loves his family and puts them first (after God).

Overall the entire program is thorough and better than any other program out there in it's professionalism, candor, resources and organization. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to learn from Joe!
