I have been following Joe since 2011 and continue to learn new techniques through video of how to invest in real estate. Joe and his team continue to amaze me with there dedication, support and consistency over the years. I have sold traditional real estate for 28 years and continue to engage in wide array of continuing education, but I've never received material as detailed or valuable!

Joe's land program was done amazingly well. I have been through a lot of real estate programs over the last three decades and Joe's program is one of the best! I loved Joe's Simple Land Flips course. It was laid out in a very logical order and after completing the first few modules I could already start implementing. "Don't worry about selling the property when you haven't even started marketing yet". I got three properties under contract before I ever spoke with anyone. Using FreedomSoft for my CRM is great. When someone would call the number on my mailer and leave a voicemail, I would do a little research and mail them an offer. After a few texts I had a contract. This is GREAT!!!

Joe offers a lot of great free content with his podcast. I purchased his program and he walks you through the steps to implement everything. The weekly coaching calls are very helpful.
