I love Joe McCall's program because the lessons are step by step, easy to access, easy to understand, and in order. He always has support available and his team is readily accessible. I started with Land Profit Generator last year, but heard about Joe 6 months ago. My CRM is with LPG, but Joe's simple and well-explained modules are beneficial even using a different CRM. I love his no-nonsense, get-it-done, don't get stuck in analysis paralysis strategies. His weekly "Cup of Joe" is challenging, encouraging, and motivating.
I have been a registered nurse my whole life, but have been interested in real estate for several years. Turning 60 this year, I knew I had to act now! Joe has encouraged me that I CAN DO IT.

I love the Simple Land Flip course because it laid out a clear plan for me to follow!

I had actually started with another group back in April of 2023. It wasn't the right fit for me and I felt overwhelmed and never accomplished my anything measurable. As a result...I quit.

I signed up for Joe's Training on 9/11/23 because I felt like this was highly organized with support, which is what I needed. In less than 3 months, I learned how to target areas for mailings, pull good lists, utilize proven mailers and have a system to track it. I have already sent 25 genuine offers from the mail I sent out and have 1 under contract headed to closing with another waiting to go under contract.

The systems and support gave me confidence to work the program and begin to learn how to pursue this business. I have learned so much in such a short time!
