Joe McCall (& Dirt Flippers)

Joe did a great live offer on his video today (05132021) on his CRM. As always, he’s a wealth of information and is helping me get my SLO business off to a great start!

I have followed Joe's training for a long time. I have found his instructions to be current and spot on. He also makes his instructions to be affordable and in many cases free. If you are looking for an alternate to the typical "wholesale" techniques I recommend Joe's lease option and creative financing as a solution to getting "junk" house sellers.

I feel like I know Joe after attending several of his webinars. He is a good, honest person who I believe is genuinely interested in helping people like me. His presentations are "Real" to me and I'm able to communicate with his staff at any time. I have lots of questions and get answers. He is generous with his time and his teachings are easily understood. I wish I had started out with Joe instead of another guy. I wouldn't be in debt so far if I would have found Joe sooner.

Joe McCall is very good at training, especially on using the technical tools to do the actual work that will lead to real results.
