I am a commercial real estate agent, from the late '90 to the mid 2000's. The banking crisis during 2007/2008, redirected me to healthcare. As the Plandemic showed up with all kind of restrictions for the population, social distancing and masks wearing, etc. I am switching back to real estate. This time as an investor. The market shifted from personal contacts, knocking on doors, talking to business owners, to a new DIGITAL CONNECTING. Joe has the formula TO MASTER AND IMPLEMENT THIS NEW BUSINESS PHASE/MODEL. Joe McCall is the King of Simple Lease Options. He is a down to earth guy who shares tons of information online. He is not some late night infomercial scammer like the guys from a few years ago.

We got our start in real estate investing through Ron LeGrand back in April of 2016. We got 6 properties under contract that year and the next, 3 of which were sandwich lease options. So far, we’ve only had 1 of our tenant buyers “graduate” from our program and actually purchase the home. The other 2 are currently vacant and we’re in the process of fixing them up and selling them in order to concentrate on nicer homes in better areas to eliminate the problems we’ve had with lease options.

The 60 Offers Challenge was outstanding! My wife, Debi, and I learned a lot. It wasn't easy to get the 15 offers a week done along with our full-time jobs, but each week got easier. She and I have figured out how to manage Freedom Soft together. She has her tasks and I have mine. She makes the first contact through text and then tasks me accordingly. Where I follow up with our due diligence and phone calls. We don't have a solid catch as of yet but we do have a few lines in the water that may work out as a win win for us and the seller. Follow up follow up follow up!!! : ) We can finally see things coming together and are very excited.

I think Joe & Gavin did a terrific job assembling the curriculum for the Offer Challenge! This challenge helped me break out of my comfort zone and submit more offers in 30 days than I have in the past year!

It's taken me a while to understand what an invaluable resource Joe is.
