I've been a residential real estate investor for 10 years. Starting with wholesale and specializing in Sandwich Lease Options and Subject-to transactions. The money was great but I always felt landlocked and that I was missing out on the online world which has become the "real world" now. Joe has mastered a masterfully taught how to combine the best of both real (estate) and virtual worlds and that is a recipe to set anyone free on the world to transact real estate from anywhere the want to be, on their terms. Joe McCall knows his stuff. I have read a few of his books and learn a ton of info that has helped my business. He makes things simple and that what I needed.

What I learned from Joe is an idea I use on a regular basis. I use a VA to input leads from Craigslist or Zillow in a spread sheet. Then I get leads to call and set up appointments. There is alot to putting it all together, but thanks to Joe he makes all easy to organize it.
