Joe McCall is great to work with for several reasons... I love his enthusiasm and honesty. He creates practical videos in the course and I appreciate the ability to watch them over and over as I am ready to actually absorb the information. The weekly trainings are great and the process works. I started mailing in July and its now September and I have a deal in escrow and in process of closing, have two properties currently being marketed and hoping to gain the rights to several more properties this week so that I can add to my marketing efforts of available properties. His support team is great and have been helpful in answer questions. I appreciate that he has brought all the logical tools to the methodology so that we can leverage to execute the end to end processes. Again Joe you hit it out of the park with this vacant land flipping purchase system. I've been through it several times and picked up something every time pertaining to marketing properties without getting into financial trouble and when pricing deductions are necessary before making any purchase. Sources to search for properties are also a big bonus. The mind map would be a big help for me now if there are any left to forward. Thanks again to both you and Cris!
