Dirt Flippers helped me learn about a completely new area. One of the best aspects of the program is the wealth of resources Joe makes available to members. In addition to Joe’s teaching content, templates, software and AI tools, multiple weekly coaching calls, and the dedicated assistance with the FreedomSoft platform, Joe links members to content from and access to partners on various aspects of the business including sales, financing, taxes, deal analysis, and encouragement to keep going. All in all, great program and resources – thank you to Joe and the broader team!

Joining the dirt flippers six month challenge was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I am not naturally tech savvy, but between Joe’s videos and the daily coaching calls I was able to get everything set up so fast and focus on what really moves the needle, which was Marketing and follow up!

The community and accountability are what really what set this program apart. Between the deals, deals, deals, call, the marketing training, and always having someone to ask questions to on the Facebook page, I never felt like I was figuring it out alone!
