Joseph explained everything he was doing thoroughly, and then he did a wonderful job with the hot water extraction on all our carpets! We really appreciated how clean and fresh they looked and felt. In addition, he used his specialty cleaning device on our LVP. We were very surprised at the amount of soil it got up, because I mop regularly. Even the LVP felt cleaner! No grit, and such a good feeling to know that all that soil that falls into the ridges on the LVP, that a mop apparently cannot reach, was gone! Very satisfied with the complete floor care that has made our home feel so fresh! And, we appreciate Joseph's professional and friendly manner.

Joseph did an excellent job on my carpet! I have a light colored carpet and over time it had become stained in places, but he removed all the stains and my carpet looks brand new and feels so soft! Worth every penny!
