J&J floor care exceeded my expectations! Our carpets, despite our best efforts to vacuum and clean regularly, were left always feeling dirty with a lingering smell. Joseph was able to come in quickly and bring my carpet back to life! I was able to smell the fresh, clean smell before I even opened my front door! The carpets looked (and felt) brand new! I highly recommend J&J!

Joseph did such a thorough job cleaning my carpet. He was pleasant, professional and never tried to up-sell another/additional service, which I appreciate after being squeezed by another well known company. We have four chihuahuas and he used a black light to find the pee marks, then sprayed deodorizer and then cleaned very thoroughly. I am so happy with this service!
