My dogs did their best work on my carpet, and despite my best efforts to keep it clean, my home smelled awful and felt dirty. J&J came out and had my house smelling and feeling cleaner within an hour! Mr. Chambers is very professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. Don't waste your time with any other company! Joseph & Company have been cleaning our carpets regularly for some 15 years. Recently my husband David and I moved our king-size bed that had been in place since an off-white carpet was installed through-out our home some 22 years ago. We found the the color and texture of the carpet next to the traffic area around the bed and that under the bed never walked on was almost the same. We contribute that to regular cleaning by a good floor care company. Dirt in the carpet will actually harm the threads of the carpet as well as making it unattractive, which is preventable by regular cleaning, as evidenced by our 22 year old carpet still appearing very good..

J&J Floor Care was recomended by our realtor and was able to restore our carpets after 10 years of wear from friends, pets and kids. This enabled us to sell our house quickly, without having to replace carpet. He was able to clean tile and grout in new home on short notice. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
