We needed fast service, they came out the same day. We had miscommunication with our movers and they patiently waited to start working on the carpets. He let us know that there had previously been a flood of some sort in this building and that our carpets might smell because of it. That was the case. I contacted them and they came out to spray the carpets the same day to get rid of the smell free of charge. This has been the best experience our company has had with a cleaning service. I was scheduled with sooner carpet cleaning for 2:30pm two days before thanksgiving. They came and told me they COULD NOT clean my carpets and that they needed replacing. I immediately call J and J flooring at 3:30pm same day, Mr. Chambers answered and was at my house by 4pm. He educated me on my carpet needs and gave me a fair estimate. 90 minutes later he had my carpets clean, refreshed and ready for thanksgiving. J and J truly saved the day! I was scheduled to have another company come clean my carpet at 2:30 in the afternoon, they came and told me my carpet could not be cleaned and needed to be replaced. I had already removed all furniture from said rooms. At 3:30 the same day I called J and J carpet cleaning and restoration Mr. Chambers answered and told me he could come right away. He arrived by 4pm and did a superb job. Now my house is ready for thanksgiving. I am thankful to Mr. Chambers of J and J carpet cleaners.

J/J floor care is one of the best carpet cleaning companies we've ever used. We are a retired military family and have used many different carpet cleaners all over the United States and J/J floor care is by far the best.
