Tech kept us informed of his arrival time, got here when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator, and then fixed it! The repairmen were great. The whole experience was hassle free- I made and online appointment, the repairmen called when they were on their way to the house, and the repair was fixed correctly. I would definitely use them services again.
