The service and replacement of the heater part was professionally done with the part on hand. My only issue was timelines. The only issue is they did not bother to call when they were running late and I was waiting at a location that was not my residence.. so that required me to make another trip out to the apartment building two hours later. Otherwise they were tidy and professional.

José did an excellent job of communicating with me and accommodating my timeline request which made the experience very easy.

I can always count on Jose and his associate to find the problem and fix it. They come with the right tools and get the job done. They repaired my refrigerator, gas oven. They’ve replace a wall heater and other appliances as well. They do a great job and clean up after themselves.
