RICHARD JACOBY IS EXCELLENT! I used him for my chapter 13 bankruptcy that i claimed after i became overwhelmed in debt due to school loans , car loans and credit card debt on top of my current bills . The process was so simple and easy and required little to no work from myself aside from providing the documents. Richard assured me after a detailed and thorough consultation on what action and decision would be most beneficial for me and he put me at ease with going through with the process and I’m more than happy i did! The girls in the office are wonderful and helpful always as well! It’s been a little over a year and my credit is already better than it would have been and that’s with only paying my required monthly payment to the treasury. If you are questioning your decision or unsure of what to do to see JACOBY & JACOBY!

My check had been being garnished for over a year for a dept I had already paid off over 12 years prior, I had lost the proof of payoff years ago not expecting this to come back to me. Keith made me feel very comfortable and talked me through the process I wish I didn't wait so long to get help!

Thank you!
