Very Quick & Very Reasonable Estimate given by way of reviewing online tax records. Great initial informative invite, estimate and furnishing of Contractor's CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE via email. Very responsive on scheduling date and arrival time via text. Very courteous communication by all crew members on site. Numerous trips required due to storms, rain, lightning, wind but they kept on returning to finish the job. Jeff the owner was on the roof performing a vast amount of the work for a very Quality job and attention to detail. The crew worked hard on protecting, tarping and rinsing the existing landscaping, walls and gutters. Jeff shared photos of potential issues with roof for owner's repair. Final product looks great, our tile roof looks new again! Thanks Jeff & Crew!!

Our experience with having our house and lanai pressure washed with Jacobs Pressure Cleaning was outstanding! The team of Ralph, Mark and Dakota worked extremely well together to accomplish an excellent job.

The team leader, Ralph, did an outstanding job of communicating his goals, and the work they would do. Ralph, Mark and Dakota worked well with my instructions and provided extra focus on the areas which needed special attention.

Jacobs Pressure Cleaning arrived on time, was very polite and did a great job cleaning. Our "pool enclosure" (not pool but pond) is a little more involved and they helped putting a tarp over the pond to keep the fish from being affected. It all came out much cleaner than expected.

Technicians arrived at scheduled time, very courteous and explained the process. Excellent job cleaning driveway, corner sidewalk, and street gutter.

I got the gold option to remove rust caused from the irrigation system and was surprised. The best cleaning I have seen. The driveway is now about as white as the garage door. The photo taken the next day.

If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would! From start to finish it was a wondeerful experience. The young lady that answered the phone was so pleasent and helpful. She worked with my scheduel to get things done quickly. The wonderful young men that came to pressure wash the pool enclosure and decking were quick and did a wonderful job. They made sure to put the furniture back just as it was so that my lani looked, except for the fact that it was bright and clean, just as it was. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants great sercice from the very first contact to the completion of the job. Also, they offer on line estimates, again, quick and easy!
