JPC is a professional operation. We went with Jeff Jacobs over the competition because of his certification and equipment. This is not a group who will bring out a pressure washer like you can buy at Lowes or Home Depot. They have advanced industrial type equipment that does the job right. Our faux brick paver walkways are rosy pink again. Our white porch railings are gleaming as if freshly painted. All trace of mold or algae has been sprayed away. The outside of our home even smells clean. Our house has had a facelift! Thank you Jeff and your team.

Outstanding experience. I sent a note to Jacobs Pressure Cleaning (via his website) asking about pressure cleaning my sidewalk, driveway and walkway. I got a same day response by telephone about the job. We agreed on a very reasonable cost and time to do the job. His service representative arrived right on time and set about doing the pressure washing. He was very thorough and the end result was a sidewalk, driveway and entryway as clean as they were when new. Jeff immediately responded to my phone call, which was a pleasant surprise. We scheduled a date for pressure cleaning and he confirmed the date via e-mail. Jeff and his two-man crew showed up promptly and worked non-stop for four hours through the pouring rain on our two-story house. The workers cleaned gutters, the soffit, decorative brick walls, the long driveway, the three walkways, sections of the house brick walls, the wooden pergola, extensive landscape curbing, the brick barbecue, and an outside porch. They even moved the tile that was stacked on the porch in order to clean the porch. And, besides all this, they cleaned my concrete bird bath! I was amazed to see grime and mold disappear. My husband and I are very pleased with how great our property now looks. Jeff had all of the tools to do the job properly and for a very reasonable price. We are happy to recommend this...

Jeff responded to our initial phone call immediately, and was on our job within two days of our first call.His crew showed up on time and completed their work within two hours. The job entailed removing mold from our lanai covering a 15' x 40' pool with a full 12' surround patio. Additionally, cleaned the entire pool deck, our under-cover patio, front stoop and walkway, driveway, sidewalk and curb . They cleaned all of our patio furniture and paver entrance ways on both sides of the lanai. We were incredibly impressed with the thoroughness, speed, quality and courtesy of Jeff’s crew, Gary and Daniel. Above all, we were amazed at the reasonableness of the charge for the work. All work was completed far above our expectations for far under our expected cost.

JPC did a fantastic job cleaning our roof and gutters. After contacting 3 different companies for quotes, we selected JPC because they provided a fair quote, they were able to get out to do the job very quickly, they are insured, and I could just tell that the job would be done right when I spoke to the owner Jeff on the phone. I wasn't there when they did the job, but my neighbors told me how impressed they were that JPC covered our plants and took great care with our home. I highly recommend them.

We contracted Jacobs Pressure Cleaning to clean our front sidewalks and driveway. We were very impressed with the results. Our one neighbor not too long ago cleaned his sidewalks with the pressure cleaner you rent. We noticed a remarkable difference in the appearance of the sidewalks. Jacobs Pressure Cleaning provided our family OUTSTANDING professional service! Jeff and Mark both gave great attention to detail. Our driveway and sidewalks have not looked this good since the concrete was initially poured 12 years ago. As I watched them spray the mold off the side of my house, it almost looked like they were painting my house a beautiful color. They were even able to clean my soffits; a task that the last "pro" I hired said was "not possible" because they were "permanently stained". LOL. I will NEVER try to do my own pressure spraying again! Last time I attempted this on my own, it took me half a day, and the end result was sad compared to Jacobs Pressure Cleaning.
